Danish Wind Partners is your exclusive partner for wind Projects, our main focus is to support the wind industry with “end to end” services on wind Projects investment.
Danish Wind Partners was created by Niels Baden Roerholm and Carsten Ploug Jensen, in December 2021 Carsten Passed away, and 1st of January 2022 Niels took over the company and continue the work offering services to the renewable wind incustry, but now with a higer focus on front end offshore wind project development.
We all embrace and support the owners interest by offering complete integration management throughout the value chain. We create, support and control wind project in all stages of development, engineering, financing, construction and operation. During each phase we handle the interfaces between the stakeholders to ensure a logical and LEAN process through mapping of the required workstream.
The goal is to have the right team ensuring fast deliverables, meeting milestones and fast-track activities while being in control of scope and risks.

VISION In order to meet Co2 targets, we develop and implement renewable energy projects. Danish Wind Partners assist project owners or investors in their efforts by fast-tracking and derisking projects by use of mixed technology for business case certaincy using our involvement and knowhow from more than 15GW wind energy projects.

Meet the specialists
Niels Baden Rørholm
Niels Rørholm started in the wind industry in the early 90' and has over the decades been engaged in various roles covering the entire value chain of the wind energy business, ranging from development through EPC management and operation.
The knowhow obtained in development of business cases and project implementation has confirmed Niels’ commercial knowledge, deep insight into risk mitigation and windfarm financing amongst others. Combining the technical and commercial skills, Niels’ has utilized his toolbox for developing successful commercial on- and offshore wind projects world wide.
Niels' long term experience as leading consultant, member of executive management in various organizations such as IPPs, utilities, OEM's, has given Niels the oppurtunity to live abroard and explore working in and with different cultures. This has given Niels an multiculture approach and insight from both sides of the table, ensuring win/win for the stakeholders involved.
Niels comes from a position as Head of International PMO & Construction at Envision Energy, where he was leading the team of project- and contract managers, for contracting and constuction as well as ensuring devlopment of governance, processes and procedures for EPC projects.
